Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered dental assistant with the state of Texas, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending over six hours of continuing education courses and seminars yearly. (Doctors complete over 30 hours of continuing education.) They have passed tests on dental jurisprudence, radiology and infection control.
Allison Mask
Registered Dental Assistant
Allison has been with Harwell & Harwell Orthodontics since June 2009. Allison moved to Amarillo in December of 2007 from Fulshear, TX. Allison graduated from Foster High School in 2005 and attended Sam Houston State University before transferring to Hill College on a rodeo scholarship. While attending Sam Houston, Allison was a Mass Communications major with a focus on News Broadcasting. Allison became a registered dental assistant in April 2010. Allison married her husband Chase in 2009 after meeting in 2004 while participating in high school rodeo. Allison has been a part of rodeo since she was five years old and went on to be Miss Texas High School Rodeo and Miss Rodeo Texas Teen. Allison and her husband enjoy traveling, fishing, and playing ping-pong.
Kelly Willis, RDA
Records Technician/Technology Coordinator
Kelly has been working in the orthodontic field for 12 years with 10 of those years at Harwell & Harwell Orthodontics. Kelly is a graduate and valedictorian of Caprock High School here in Amarillo. Kelly also holds an Associate Degree in Science from Amarillo College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from West Texas State University. Kelly is registered with the state of Texas as a dental assistant. Kelly is responsible for all of the diagnostic records, imaging, and all technology related issues in our office. Kelly recently completed her CCNA certification in fundamental computer networking principles from CISCO Academy. Kelly is a member of The Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs. She is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Beta Beta Beta, and Alpha Chi.
Cindy Smith
Treatment Coordinator
Cindy has been working for the Dr. Harwell for over 25 years. She has incredible experience in working with all patients in answering their questions and concerns. Cindy has stayed in this field and with Dr. Harwell and Harwell for so long because she finds great pleasure in watching the number of family members who continue to come back to our office because of their wonderful experience.
Edwina Wood, RDA
Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager
Edwina has 25 years experience in the orthodontic field. During this time, she has served as Treatment Supervisor, Lab Technician, and Treatment Coordinator. Edwina enjoys working with orthodontics because of the transformation people make through their treatment. She believes we not only build beautiful smiles, but we also build confidence and self-esteem. Edwina holds an Associate Degree from Amarillo College. She is also a member of the Amarillo Junior League and is an active volunteer for the March of Dimes.
Cindy Wooldridge
Financial Coordinator
Cindy has been with Harwell & Harwell Orthodontics for over 15 years. Cindy will file your insurance for you and will help you to understand your insurance benefits. Cindy has been dealing with insurance companies for many years and knows the ins and outs of orthodontic insurance. Cindy will also assist you in finding the finance option that best suits your family’s individual needs. Feel free to call Cindy at any time, and she will be glad to guide you through any questions you may have regarding insurance and financing.
Alana Etchison, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Alana was born and raised in Pampa, Texas. She has worked in the Orthodontic field for over 20 years. Alana has been with Harwell & Harwell Orthodontics over 12 years. One of the reasons she enjoys working in this field is that she loves working with people and seeing the changes in people’s appearances and even their attitude. Alana takes care of our Pampa patients in the event of an orthodontic crisis. Call our Amarillo office, and we will make arrangements for you to meet Alana. Alana will get you comfortable until you are able to see the doctor.
Jessica Cruz
Patient Flow Coordinator
Jessica is a graduate of Palo Duro High School in Amarillo, TX. Along with her regular high school curriculum, Jessica studied applied science at the Amarillo Area Center for Advanced Learning. Jessica holds an Associate of Science degree from Amarillo College with a focus on forensic science. Jessica plans to continue her education in criminal justice and enter the police academy. Jessica’s plan is to work her way through the ranks and become a forensic scientist. At Harwell & Harwell Orthodontics, Jessica will help to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Jessica will assist you in scheduling appointments around your schedule and help to keep your appointments on time. Jessica is bilingual with Spanish as a second language.
